We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
